With a new year brings new opportunities and new goals for everyone here at The Rocca Sisters Team office. We believe in continual growth and wish to offer nothing but the best to our clients and those in our community. We have just been ranked the #2 Team in Canada for Royal LePage (2012) out of the approximately 14,500 agents across the country, and we strive to make 2013 even better. This is why we have set specific goals for 2013 that will allow us to continually exceed your expectations and provide an experience that is not just the best, but remarkable.

We will be innovative. As leaders in the industry, we pride ourselves in always staying ahead of the curve. We promise that we will continue to create new, effective tools that will allow us to provide even better service to our clients. We have launched our ‘Rocca Sisters Talk’ series on our webTV channel, www.RoccaSisterTV.ca, where we are posting videos with the answers to all of your frequently asked questions. Stay tuned for our latest episodes including our personal tips and trends for you house, as well as interviews from experts in your community!

We will be available. We are never too busy for our clients. You will have two nationally-ranked Top Producing agents that will personally manage your listing and get you top results. We will make sure you feel part of the process and will receive constant communication throughout the entirety of your experience. Our buyer specialists provide a professional and service focused experience from beginning to end. Our relationship won’t end there, as our relationships recommend us, and we will always maintain relationships with our past clients that we pride ourselves on.

We will give back. Along with success comes the importance of giving back to our community. We strive to make a positive impact and will be increasing our ever-growing support within the community. This past year we handed out free flowers for Easter to 1000 families in our community in support of Muscular Dystrophy. We were the Presenting Sponsor of the Joelle’s & Jeff’s Guyshop Charity Fashion Show which raised an incredible $65,000 for the CIBC Breast Assessment Centre for the Juravinski Hospital. As the presenting sponsor of the Applefest Fall Fair we were able to provide a fun, free family event for over 2500 people and raised $5000 for the Museums of Burlington. We also were able to raise hundreds of toys through a Christmas Toy Drive to go to sick children in the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital.
