Get ready for The Rocca Sisters’ Sp’EGG’tacular Easter Event at Ireland House Museum!
March 21, 2018 | Posted by The Rocca Sisters & AssociatesHOP ON OVER TO IRELAND HOUSE MUSEUM for a fun-filled day with The Rocca Sisters featuring an Easter egg hunt and visits with the Easter bunny!
One of the ways The Rocca Sisters Team thanks our community is by providing free admission to the Sp’EGG’tacular Easter Event, which will be taking place this upcoming Saturday, March 24th from 11am – 3:00pm at Ireland House Museum on Oakridge Farm.
“The Rocca Sisters Team are all about family and creating traditions, and this event is a perfect fit!” Cathy Rocca explains, “Ireland House Museum is a local treasure with wonderful educational programs and an incredible historic collection. We invite everyone to bring their best Easter basket and come out to this free event. Donations are encouraged to help the Museums of Burlington continue to provide children’s programs and maintain their collection.”
The possibilities are endless at the Sp’EGG’tacular Easter Event. Visit The Rocca Sisters tent for some amazing give-aways! “There’s just so much to see and do, including crafts, face painting, vendor market, silent auction and of course traditional tours of Ireland House Museum,” says Tanya Rocca.
Back by popular demand, the Egg Hunt will take place throughout the event. “The Museum has taken extra steps to make the egg hunt enjoyable for all children. Each child gathers three eggs of the same colour, which they redeem for a ticket to get a treat bag. There are no bonus prizes for more eggs. The coveted golden egg is redeemable for a special prize,” explains Tanya. We wonder are they obscured by bushes, up in a tree, under some rocks, no one will tell! But what we do know, is that the prizes are terrific!
