The first ever, Stars Under the Stars free outdoor movie night in support of Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation took over beautiful Emerson Park in Burlington last Thursday evening.

We were thrilled to be there to celebrate the start of the summer with nearly 1000 of our clients, friends and neighbours in the community. Most importantly, our presenting sponsorship of the Stars Under the Star movie night event gave us the opportunity to raise funds necessary for Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation, that will ensure all community members have access to quality care close to home for years to come.

This is an amazing time for Joseph Brant Hospital as they are embarking on a $60 million Capital Campaign, the largest in the hospital’s history, to support the Redevelopment and Expansion Project.

During the special movie night, we welcomed the community to enjoy family-friendly entertainment. Families who attended had a chance to grab a bite to eat from one of the featured food trucks, before taking in the featured blockbuster film, The Lego Movie.

We invited guests to stop by the Rocca Sisters tent where we gave out free popcorn. Also, families visiting our tent cast their ballot for a chance to win four passes to Canada’s Wonderland.
